isn’t it time we became more mindful with our consumption? not just in food, drink but also clothing and other non-food products.

it is so much better for the environment and for the most part, our own bodies too.

are we preaching at you? no. but perhaps just hear us out.

it takes far less energy in order to live and thrive on a plant based diet and lifestyle. however, not all are able to:

a) afford to be selective in consumption of food

b) have the opportunity to cook nutritious vegan meals

c) survive on a vegan diet (medical reasons)

thus, mindfulmankind takes a different position. eat less animal products, in fact, eat as little as you can get away with. start small, then slowly reduce your consumption of animal products. any slip ups on the way? it doesn’t matter if you are committed to an end goal.

if mankind were to swap out their meaty meals for vegan alternatives, even if not every day of every week, it would make a massive impact.

give it a shot. find your alternatives to exploiting animals. find a more efficient way of sustaining yourself.
